We can mold products as two-component castings, which allows us to combine different materials with each other.

We manufacture the injection-molded product either according to the instructions given by the customer, or we refine the customer's idea into a finished product, including the manufacturing process and logistics.

Injection molding can be used to produce plastic parts and components that are exactly suited to the customer's needs, such as connector castings and connector end parts. Customized injection molding is suitable if, for example, special connections are required for the wiring harness or the connection is required to be water and dust-tight. We manufacture, for example, molded strain reliefs, cable branches and T-branch connections.

HIGH-QUALITY MANUFACTURING TECHNIQUES

For injection molding, we use horizontal molding machines, which we use to mold plastic components, as well as vertical molding machines, which are used to make overmold and insert moldings. The best equipment and manufacturing materials also enable the best possible end result. When plastic injection molding is carried out without compromising quality at any stage of the manufacturing process, the quality and service life of the end product is as long as possible.

We also use ultrasonic welding, which is a cost-effective and additive-free joining method. Ultrasonic welding can be used to protect joints so that the housing cannot be opened without breaking it. This also provides water- and dust-tight protection for electronics.
