We manufacture assemblies according to customer requirements, for example from small terminal block assemblies to complex vehicle computers designed for highly demanding environments.

EQUIPMENT ENCLOSURES AND CASES

Reimax manufactures customised equipment cases and enclosures as complete assemblies for a wide range of industrial applications. We are capable of producing both small and very large batches of equipment enclosure assemblies, including demo cases suitable for training and testing applications.

EQUIPMENT ASSEMBLIES

Reimax provides customised electromechanical equipment assemblies. Our strength lies in combining our expertise in cable harnesses and moulding with equipment assembly. In addition to standard assemblies, we can manufacture dust- and watertight solutions by utilising, among other things, moulded connections and cable entry solutions.

INDUSTRIAL AUTOMATION SYSTEMS

The purpose of industrial automation is to improve and automate manufacturing processes. Reimax manufactures industrial automation assemblies with a high level of quality and cost efficiency. We can integrate industrially manufactured conductors and energy chains into the assemblies and, when required, also provide in-house electrical design.

SENSOR ASSEMBLIES

We manufacture sensor assemblies to order and tailor them to meet our customers’ requirements. When manufacturing sensor assemblies, it is important to take the operating conditions of the end product into account. Based on the operating environment and intended application, we design a functional solution. We can manufacture demanding assemblies, including sensor assemblies designed for humid environments or capable of withstanding extreme temperatures.

ENERGY CHAINS

Energy chains are used to protect and guide cables in moving automated machinery and equipment. They can reduce cable wear and prevent cables from becoming entangled, thereby improving operational safety. Reimax manufactures energy chain assemblies for industrial applications and production facilities, utilising both assembly expertise and its own industrial cable manufacturing capabilities.
